i had taken a car loan of rs. 2lac from delhi nagrik sehkari bank in july 2008.since then i am paying emi regularly. but it is came to my notice that the demand draft was not encash till date due to some problems i.e. the amount of dd is lying pending in bank's account. please suggest me what can i do now. because the bank is recover the amount from me which is not given to the car dealer.
