Dear Sir/Mam,

I have applied for Videsh Yatra Loan from Central Bank Of India, Vaishali Nagar Branch, Jaipur 302021.

Where i have summit all supporting documented & then Branch Manager asked for Rs. 10000 bribe to dibruse the loan, where i refuse to pay bribe, then branch manager refuse to give me the loan since as per the banks rules i am very much qualify for the loan.

I even given written complaint to banks chairman but then still not taken any action on the complaint.

Please guide me what to do.
