Dear Sir,

I am really surprised to see the change in status of my property from Flat to Flat Under construction.

I have attached the statement for last year in which my property is mentioned as Flat and in latest statement it has changed to Flat under construction.

Please do the needful to change the status of my property in your system as Flat only and provide the correct statement ASAP.
