I was purchasing the Flat in Piyush Heights sec-89 Faridabad, The Flat was in resell and current holding owner of the Flat O-126 is Mr. Sujit Kumar residing at Ram Prasath Colony Ghaziabad , The sell dead between Sujit Kumar and myself had finalized and I had taken the loan from Deutschepost bank ,at the time of Loan disbursement, Bank produce Guarantee Bond Paper in front of seller and there condition is the seller remain Guarantor till Loan term and on this point seller became disagree and due to this our deal became cancelled , I request to bank to change the condition up to paper transfer but bank did accept our request and cause I loss ( Rs.11580) processing Charges and Rs.1500/ Paper cost and Rs.20000/ Token money and two month time.

Other losses If I am trying to other properties like same then that cost is increase by Rs.2.0Lac now day. All the problem happen due to Bank term and condition, if the bank show that term and condition before loan scansion then this problem does not arises.

So, I request to you kindly look into this matter and provide me justice.
