hello

this is Devang kapadia and i had taken consumenr loan in March 2010, from future capital for amount 13900.i had signed ECS form for 8 installment of rs 1159/- each and given cheque for 4633/- rs for down payment. i had also given security cheque for 13900/- rs at that time.

now in july 2011 they had deposited security cheque in my bank account without my notice.

and when i ask for reason ,so they told me that one installment was rejected due to insufficient balance.
though i am having enough balance at that time in my bank account.

now they had not yet given me proper anawer for the same.
i got harrased mentaly due to this,and my working relation was also affected.

now i want com[pansation for the same.
