This is Srinivas reddy k, i have taken a car loan with fullerton india my loan A/c # is 164220200002610,and the EMI is 1979 from yaswanthpur branch, bangalroe in december2009 and while taking the loan i have given them ECS from my citi bank account and also given my cheques for ECS, the ECS should hit my bank account on 5th of every month. But the problem is i have paid my EMI regularly then my city account has been closed i have changed my loan to SBI bank fullerton india executive has come and collect my sbi checks, they have taken amt in sbi bank and they send a check to citi bank also they try to collect money both bank at a time now they are saying u r check has been bounsed u have to i have to pay fine for not paying the money on time.My concern is i when i have given the ECS its their responsibility to take the money thru ECS whcih they are not doing, i called up the customer service and the branch manager as well but there was no proper response from them, again i called up the customer service and they said they would get back to me but till now there's no call from them. which i dont want to happen, My request is to take the necessary action against the concern department in the bank and do the needful.
