Unhappy Complain Against HDFC Bank for Car Loan

[SIR,
I Jagdeep R. Doshi, had book Hyundai i20 car on 11.12.2009 from Ebase Auto, Ebase Management Services[/B], (old add :A/31, 1st Floor, Ghanshyam Industrial Estate, Veera Desai Rd, Andheri (W), Mumbai) new add: Shop no 3, grd flr, Suryamukhi bldg, shasgtri nagar, nr 261 bus stop, goregaon W, Mumbai 4000104, Mobile no: 9820052553 and deposited Rs 50,000 in favour of Ebase Management Services.

I had booked manual car and instead of that they booked for me automatic car. Due to their mistake, I did not get delivery of my booked manual car on time. As there was delay in disbursement I had cancelled my booking for the respective car on dated 25.02.2010 and they have also confirmed my cancellation. After cancellation Ebase have refunded a part amount of Rs.50,000/- on 22.03.2010.

In addition to the above amount I have also paid Rs.1,41,880 to Ebase Management Service.

Details of payment made to Ebase Management Services and Refund recd. from them are as under.

I had correspondence by telephonic and by mail but nobody is taking responsibility to refund balance payment. Now they are neither attending my calls nor replying my mails.

Further, I had taken Car Loan of Rs. 4,95,000/- from HDFC Bank. My car loan A/c no. is 16015704. and amount debited from my account by HDFC Bank: Rs 95100 ( Rs.15850 per installment). Every 7th of month HDFC debits my account.

Please consider this request as fast as possible. We had intimated HDFC Bank for cancellation of car loan on 04.03.2010 but still they are debiting my account.
Please compensate me for
1) Damages for non delivery of car on time.
2) Recovery of deposited amount.
3) Interest on the Principle amount.
4) Amount Rs. 2 Lacs claim for damages
