Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Mirza Mohammed Qureshi, S/O Naser Ali, R/O H.No. 4-6-471/1, Esamiya Bazar Cross Road, koti, Hyderabad - 27 (AP). I took a two wheeler Loan from Icici bank in 2007, due to icici bank's techincal problem /mistake the first check was not cleared I paid by cash and then again 2nd and 3rd month same thing happen and I was charged check bounce and other charges saying that check was returned from my back stating insufficent fund in my account, I got a letter from my bank that the Icici bank and RBI. did not send the check to my bank branch (State Banks Of India, Hyd - Main Branch) I took a written letter from my bank manager n a proof that I had proper fund in my account in the form of Bank statment also when to Icici bank many times and submeted the proofs and they said will take an approval to waive of the fine n bogus charges they have put and I agreed to pay just two months instalment and close the ac. 1498 x 2 Months = 2996 I will pay and take the NOC. But all my request and visits went in wain and this colloction guys call me a misbehave with me over the phone one of them used bad language that we dont even think of using with any one and said If I dont pay the amount with all fine mentioned will come to my place and insult in front of my area people and beat me.

Now Iwant to sue them for the trouble I have faced from past 2 years, I want a compunsation of one Lakh from them because I when to the bank to Nampally Branch opp Assembly, Begumpet Branct many time putting leave on my job requested them given in writing sitting for hours in line. Please take an immediate action agains this which will be higly appreciated. Thanks.
