This is being brought to you notice that my self N.C. Mazumder from panipat, looking for home loan .My application no.7778104544 from panipat branch.Mr Maheswar, Mr hirdesh & Mr pravesh they fill up my application & promise to me that they will provide home loan from ICICI Bank panipat in satkartar colony 8 Marla Pnp.Based on their commitment & advise I signed on aggrement papper with 1 lakh Ruppees(100000/-) for 65 square yard for ready made house & I have submmited this aggrement paper & other documents to ICICI Bank Panipat G. T. road on dated 04-06-10 .After that Mr Hirdesh gave me a legal letter on dated 09/06/10 & advise me to collcet other documents as per legal demand.After 3-4 days Mr.Hirdesh told me that he is unable to provide loan against this property .And he is not willing to clarify me on this matter.
So therefor i request you to involve in this matter,as my Registered date comming soon.Please help me to overcome from this helpless situation.Sir this is my humble request u that i am from Middle class familly & 1 lakh Rs.is much more for me,if i do not complete the commitment according to aggrement date of ragister, then i will loose 1 lakh Rs.So please do the needful.
