I am Property Consultant in Thane, My client Mr..Manish Saxena has bought the property through me in Cosmos Springs,
G.B Road, Thane(W). and client has approach the IDBI Bank, my client has login his file in IDBI on 3rd January 2011, but still
he didn't get the disbursment, in Worli Branch the manager Mr.Abhishek Sinha he dont know how to talk with clients, he dont
have any respect about the IDBI bank, IDBI Clients, and IDBI reputation, today Mr.Abhishek has give the date to my client that your
disbursment is 100% sure, but again he called to my client at 01.00pm that in builders Commencement certificate buildings
numbers are there, but in sale agreement building name is there, he find this query and again stop the disbursment whether IDBI
bank has already disbursed on same comlex on several clients/flats, and today i call to Mr.Abhishek Sinha, so he say i dont have
the time, call to my assistance and saying that i dont have the trust on any client, my clients eligiblity is more than one crore, he
already give one another token for one BHK flat for invesrment purpose, I recommended for this flat HDFC bank, i have the lots of
tie-ups with builders and companies, but now i am not recommended for IDBI. because your employees and managers are
