Respected sir\madam,
Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that my spouse & me my self had taken a loan forms Dirbadevi co operative credit society pant nagar Ghatkopar. Which she had cleared entire amount in the month of 2010\04\10 & I have cleared the entire amount in the year 2007\10\17 there after we have given a letter on 14th May 2010 for the documents of her property & also Mine , which was kept as a surety but they have not given the documents back to her and also the N.O.C of the loan to her, I got the N.O.C but not the documents of mine than .we told them if you are not returning the document to us we will go to RBI and lodge the complaint against your credit society, they replied go and complaint we are not under the norms of the RBI ,we are the RBI for us no one can do any thing to us, this kind of sentence they are communicated with us than what about the common man where they will go and fight with them for there justice so kindly look in to the matter and do the needful to us and also for the common man. (Sir I have enclose the copy of receipt and N.O.C)
