My self is Sameer Bhatia, who had got sanctioned a loan amount Rs. 18,00,000/- from Life Insurance corporation Housing finance Ltd (LICHFL) branch Gurgaon vide File No. 309407 dated June 2010 against purchase of one Flat bearing No. ICON-105, Omaxe Heights, Sector-86 Faridabad. As a first Installment LICHFL had disbursed an amount of Rs. 1400,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakh Only) in june 2010 and an amount of Rs. 146,000/- ( One Lakh Forty six Thousand only) in August 2011.



Now when I had approached them for disbursement of Final (Possession) Installment of Rs. 109000/-, their Local Office Gurgaon refused to pay the same as some guarantor documents of my basic loan file has been misplaced by them at their head office and they start demanding to fulfill the criteria once again from new end.



At this point of time is not possible to fulfill their typical formalities as last date of payment is 9th November and henceforth interest meter will start against above said payment.



This is a complete negligence on part of LICHFL for which I am being suffered.
