Default Complaint Against ICICI Bank for my car loan

Hi,

Summary of my problem
  • In the month of July, on my icici bank web account when I checked, it says there is no EMI is pending. So, I didn't transfer money to ECS bank (standard chattered). However last EMI is deposited on my bank, so it got bounced.
  • After that I got a call from your credit department for payment of that EMI. I said, I'll pay but it is your mistake so I dont want to pay bounce charges for both banks so I want a discount on final payment. They told me to go to Jayanagar Branch.
  • I went to Jayanagar branch they said I need to go to Jayanagar main branch.
  • Then I went to Jayanagar main branch then they redirected me to Tyagaraja Nagar branch.
  • In the mean time I used to get calls from credit department at least 5 calls per day and I'm keep posting the same to them.
  • Then Tyagaraja Nagar branch told me that I've to go to Electronic City branch to get benefits.
  • I got a call from credit department on Saturday then I told them I'll be busy in management meetings from Monday to Wednesday, so I'll go there on Friday. I told them not to call me till friday.
  • Inspite I told to 2 executives from credit department, they called me on monday, tuesday, wednesday and Thursday.
  • Friday I went to bank and I discussed with them. Branch people told, due to a mistake from our front end (website) they may look into wavie off fee but I've to pay my last EMI. I agreed to them. They told me to go to 1st floor where credit department will resolve it.
  • Then I went to first floor they said "WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING". If you say website show wrong then SHOW me the proof. I said I cannot get the proof then she said you need to pay full amount and we cannot reduce anything. Then I told her, if that is the case then why you guys wasted my time etc. She didn't even bother to answer my question, she said if you pay you will get NOC otherwise you wont get NOC.
  • So, I'm finally end-up paying Rs. 8190 (i didnt remember exact amount).

What I'm expecting from ICICI Bank
  • Apology for the harassment from credit department inspite I told that I'm going to branch. (I'm thinking of giving complaint to banking consumer forum for this harassment)
  • I want my bounce back charges (for both bank)
  • There is no letter states that I've to previous bounce charges but I've paid at the time of final settlement. So, I need that amount back.

Dear Team,

I've already logged a complaint to ICICI customer care. My complain number is ICICICARE=038-928-634. However I didnt recieve any information from them after my last mail on 21st August.

Default ICICI Bank loans n credit cards

Hi

I want to clear my personal loan n credit cards I currently reside abroad so need to speak to sum bank person for the settlement because these recovery agents are harrassing n troubling my mother in law for payment did she guarantee u for my payments then y is bank sending these agents to her she stays alone n they keep calling n visiting her n troubling her saying if she doesnt pay we will send 4-5 men @ her place n take the money n other things from her house y r u troubling her has ICICI bank started hiring GOONDAS it is SHAMEFUL bcoz when client is ready to SETTLE then y such DISGUSTING thing Whoever will read this mail PLZ ICICI Bank is not gud in customer service n doesnt provide any help or services bad banking I hope it closes or becomes Bankrupt in near future.Plz dont Invest in such banks who only pay celebrites to promote themselves but when customers apply n become bank members they do nothing for customers.Also instead of pay huge amts to celebrities invest in gud staff.
