Post Complaint against Recovery Agents

Hi,

I had taken two Personal loans of Rs.50000/-each from HDFC Bank,My loan account no is 14723531 and 14900294, when I had taken a loan I was working but in recession I lost my job, but after loosing my job in October 2009, I had fail to pay the EMI, as soon as I lost my job I had inform HDFC bank immedigetely about my status. And no dobt,bank help me too.

But now HDFC Banks recovery agents have started to harassing me like hell, I had told them that as soon as I get a job or I arrange cash I will pay towards my loan account, but now HDFC Banks recovery agent have start using bad words and abusing me by using bad language. They went at my place and create an issue before my neighbours also, they used bad words to my wife, my mom and my father (who is 66yrs old).

Sir I am really living under tremendous pressure and afraid to pick up any single call on my mobile, HDFC Bank recovery agents calling me harassing me like hell.

Sir I had personally met HDFC bank recovery agent Sachin also 9930901164 and told him about my financial problem and solution, I had received each and every call from HDFC Bank than why they are harassing me?

Recovery agent is spoiling my name in my residence and my previous work place area by telling my loan history and using chor and all languase. Is that allow to them?

Please suggest me the solution because I can't take more pressure, and I can't show my face in society, I feel like to suicide because to make prestige I have to work years and years and your recovery agents are spoiling my name in minutes.

And last to last I got call from Mr. Chaturvedi 02265149314 HDFC bank recovery agency of Kanjur marg, in lodha and using bad language, telling me to meet him in his agency any how, i told him also to send his executive to meet me but he refuse and told arrogantly that you have to come.

I had send above complaint on 10th June to HDFC bank but again today also i got very harsh call from same no. and same person and bank is not bother for same.

We would also like to request you not to post sensitive information such as your loan account number on a public platform such as this, as it may lead to your account being compromised.

HI,

I didnt receive anything from HDFC bank yet, only a single call from a lady executive, but after that also got call from the same guy calling from 912242559122 this number. He knows also i had logged a complaint, he is saying he dont mind he will call me. His tone a language is always bad. And bank is neighter stop him nor helping me to sort this problem out.

Please look into this matter.

We sent you an email on June 18, 2010 at the id you had registered with the bank. However, the mails keep coming back as undeliverable. We believe a bank representative, Ms. Bhavana Shetty got in touch with you and informed you about the settlement amount on June 21, 2010. As per your conversation, we understand that you will be contacting the bank official about repaying your dues. For any further assistance, we request you to write to us at talktous@hdfcbank.com with the reference number TTU00051518062010, along with an active email address and your contact number.

Hi,

As you said you are sending me mail but its keep coming back. My email id is tusharkbl@yahoo.co.in. And i had received one reply on 23rd June from HDFC bank but if you can resend or forward email dated 18 june will be helpful for me. Thanks for reply cause after my first complaint on 10th June i got reply on 23june,2010.

Default Complaint against Credit Card Recovery Agents - HSBC Bank

Sir,

I am Manish Bhardwaj from Mumbai holding a Credit Card with HSBC on 26 Jun 2010 I received a call from HSBC recovery from the no 04466226600 stating that my last months payment is overdue and the last dated was 25 Jun 2010. While a cheque for Rs 5803/- of Syndicate Bank, Naval Dockyard Extention Counter dated 25 Jun 2010 was already dropped in a Bill Junction box at Vasai Road Railway station.

Inspite of giving this information they are asking for the acount details, Cheque no which I refused to give since then I had received end nos of calls from the fro the nos appended below:

Default Phone call from recovery agency

Hi,

My name is Vikram Singh, and I am from Mohali. Past few days I am getting calls from Ph#: 01145546708 regarding non payment of credit card of CITI BANK. They are searching Vikram Saini and inspite of telling that I am Vikram Singh and not Saini, they keeps on harassing me, I donk know from where they are getting my phone details and also calling my friends regarding my details.

Its not legal for telecom company to provide the details of the customer, I don't know why Airtel is giving my details.

There are thousands of Vikrams and Vikram Saini in this area, and this is very common name.

Please help me.

Default Complain against threatening calls from sbi recovery agents

This is with regard to SBI recovery agent who call my office and blackmail me, the language they speak is very rude, cheap and abusing. They have disturbed my peace of mind and harass me during my working hours. How can a national bank harass me for my husbands credit card problem when he has already cleared the dues 2 years down the line with interest but the bak has yet not acknowledge it with a receipt.
The call that i get from is a cheap lady from the number 9022967508\912242474948. Please take a severe action against them at the earnest
