My compliant is for Bajaj finance.On 27-07-2010 i have submitted neccessory papers for samsung LCD through he dealer M/s Skyview Sales,Rander Road Surat.till date I have not recd.any imtimation from bajaj finance.so many times I tried to contact local Bajaj Office,but i could not get proper reply.When i sent mail to
grievanceredressalteam@bajajfinance.in-the address given at bajaj finace website-but surprisingly my mail returned undeliverd in my both yahoo and gmail id.So I have sent my complaint through :"cpmplaints" as well as "compliments"section of their website.Till date i have not recd.acknowledgement or any relpy fro them.

finance from you.I then submitted neccessary papers/documemnts on
27-07-2010.After 4-5 days they informed me that your loan was declined
by Bajaj with a reason that I am a Personal loan defaulter.I Was
surpised and socked because I have never taken any loan from any
oustside agency/institute except from my bank where i am working.So
the dealer M/s skyview sales assured me to resubmit the papers to you
for reconsideration.They resubmitted the papers.When i remind the
dealer about my loan,they tolled me that Bajaj office is not replying
and respoding to them.I have hve also tried many times since last one
week to contact your local office Phone no.02613937200 and
02613937208 (Manager cr.) but only a couple of time i was able to
contact the person on phone with a common reply "Pl.call me after an
hour".Suprisingly then after no one is replying to my several calls.
Pl.look into matter immidiatly and return back my documents with a
refusal memo, if you could not process the loan.

Sir,
Recently i had taken a consumer loan from your company, for the purchase of Onida Air-conditioners.
This was the biggest mistake made by me.
Your call - centre is giving regular calls to my cell no. +919824155470 for the enquiry of other loans or other promotional activities from your company.
I am not interested in any other loans / insurance / etc.. of your company any more.
These people are calling my cell no. and not talking a single word when received. they call for atleast 10 times a day and on a daily basis.
Kindly stop these unhealthy activities. or else i have to take legal actions.

I have bought a LDC TV in Viveks, Anna Nagar, Chennai in the month of February on a ECS way.
My EMI ends by the month of September itself. However, I could see Rs. 510/- has been deducted even this month on 2 installments (255+255, one on 5th & other is on 11th October).
Could you please clear this doubt, as why this is been deducted ?

Please find attached below, the email communication to Bajaj Finance & see how crusial bahaviour of that company against their consumers. Such company should be banned to do business of cheating in the name of loan. Why these fraudulants are harrassing to consumers even after fully paid EMIes ? Why they dont reply in legal manners ? Why they keep consumers a/c. contineously going on even after full & final payments made ? Why they did not issue the NOC to consumers in time to transfer thier vehicles from RTO ? Is this a big scam of cheating with licence ? Why the the company did not want to send the original insurance policies of their sister concern Bajaj Alianz in proper time ? Is their chance of big fraud of " Insurance being taken but original policies not being issued to customers " ?
The Govt. should have put CBI inquiry on such fraudulant companies & should file criminal complaints of cheating, etc.

Please refer our last communication regarding the dispute of NOC and already Paid full & final payment of dues.
I observed that, you are not willing to send the NOC prior to make payment of Rs. 1670/- as BANK charges towards stopped payment. But the same thing you are not mentioning in emails whereas you talks me over mobile.
Why you dont want to send email stating real demand ?
Please send the email at the earliest to sort out the dispute or send the NOC by courior to my mumbai address . Incase of failure in this regard, i will be taking a legal action against you & your company which please note.
Hope , you will send NOC first .

The Original RC book was also in your custody since vehicle regn. date. Now it is in my possession but no use without your NOC to transfer the vehicle.
I think you did'nt want to close down your a/c. of dues even after full & final payment made., but you would like to keep going on your a/c. in darkness of cheating so called OVERDUE OF BEHIND SHOW.
I have already sent you all document scan copies to you by email as per your requirement , but neither you sent your NOC nor sent Insurance copies of Bajaj Alianz which is your sister concern.
By this email, I would like to warn you by this notice to send the balance documents within next 15 days to avoid further legal action to be taken against your co. which please note.

You people are not charging the debiting the EMI form my account i really do not know what is the Problem there.But i am suffering from Penalty and you are not charging it.So it is collecting in a big amount Sorry i would not be able to give you this money collectively if it would be possible so why i did i go with installment system offered by you.
If it is really a problem for you.So there is no problem you can take the EMIs in cash also but give me the written surety that yes the penalty will not going to effect me.
