MS.SIMRAN - WORKING AT FULLERTON INDIA IS FRAUD AND CORRUPT

I was having a medical emergency and i applied for a loan.

She has take 2500/- from me stating that there is a problem in my details that i have submitted for LOAN and everything will be taken care of if i pay 2500/- and i don't have to run around producing documents.

Neither I was granted loan nor the money is being refunded.

I DID NOT BRIBE HER i paid that amount thinking just to compensate from being saved from all the running around since i was unwell.

I have repeatedly mailed the authorities at Fullerton but all in WASTE

My name is Sandeep Kumar from Bangalore, I had purchased an Panasonic Plasma 42" worth of Rs. 38,500 and had paid Rs. 6917 as an intial payment and rest got from Bajaj Finance consumer loan and was informed that there is no 0% interest and my monthly EMI will be Rs. 1605/-, I have been paying this EMI from last 4-5 months, but recently when I calculated the EMI and the money which i gave intially the total amount is Rs. 45,437 for a TV woth of Rs.38,500 (24*1605+6917 = Rs. 45,437), after sending few mails to wecare@bajajfinserv.in there has been no response.
Please find details of my loan account and advice what should i do now.

This about my two wheeler insurance, i have paid my insurance amount still now i have not my receipt for that, where should i go and collect the receipt and the person who was from the agency has switched off his mobile, so whom do i contact for this.

my self jay sharma, i took one air condation from om prakash electronics in udaipur,& i took loan from bajaj finance in udaipur. my loan no. is 4550cd00010001.i sighned ecs formet to withdwral ur monthly emi. but some techical reason ecs was bounsed,i had mainteinod my balance in my account. but in your side some mistek in ecs formet as per my bankers said, when i went to ur udaipur office no body responce well and dosen"t talk properly & they said it"s not our work & u complain our customer care. plz solve my problam asap. plz send my new ecs formet to my bank.

this is with regards to bajaj finance we are being harrased by them by getting phone calls from chennai stating that we have defaulted on a payment and keep threatning us that the cops will come to your house when ask for the a/c no dosent give any infomation please do some thing about these people we are tiered

i have purchase a bike which is finance by the bajaj auto finance in april 2008. i have given all installments cheque at yours authorised persons before finance according your requirements.
i have also given a extra cheque for insurance of next year. after complete the finance period i have paid all installments timaly. after complete finance ammount i found that i have missed my bike insurance which related cheque i have given allready but it was your fault because u don't give me any information about it .when i don't find insuranc i meet your authorised persons he tall me that company policies is changed he will not do the insurance. That time i asked about the advance cheque he told me that it will canclled automatically and we will sand u NOC. i was out of station so i don't meet again next time. Now i found a later from your side that i should pay a p****ty of Rs. 3900/- . i don't know about this iwant to know about the p****ty. my all details are as follows;-

I have purchase a bike which is finance by the bajaj auto finance in May 2009. I have given all installments cheque at yours authorized persons before finance according your requirements.
Now I have got a letter by asking me to pay my pending penalty charges of my vehicle loan No. L2WTUM00487635

My vehicle Reg. No. is KA06EE5248.

Even-though I have cleared the amount from my side am not able to get my NOC.

The authorities also has asked me to pay a penalty of Rs. 750.00 before 10-Dec-2011 or else they have said that I should be paying Rs. 3450.00
