I applied Home Loan vide application no. 7790327585 from ICIC HFC Andheri, MIDC branch and got the sanction letter for the property. When I requested for disbursement to the counselor (Dhirendra Singh - +9193223447109) they revalidated all my paper and required document but kept my case pending saying we are waiting for legal documents from (builder). After doing a constant follow-up and when reached to Andheri, MIDC branch I came to know from Relationship Officer (Amit Raj - +919833615559) that the property is not approved by ICICI HFC and you were kept in dark by previous management and we don’t provide sanction to the property which I purchased.

Amit Raj assured me to pay back the amount of Rs. 12,685/- which was taken over from me as processing / admin fees, however its been more than 2 and a half month and I didn’t received the amount yet. Every time I call him or visit the office I get new excuse. Please take some action against them, so that I get the amount of Rs. 12,685/- refunded. Also take a root action so they don't fraud any other customer or keep them in dark.
