I Rajesh Limmana a resident of Visakhapatnam has availed a two wheeler finance from Shriram City Two wheeler Finance Company (Visakhapatnam Branch MVP Colony).My Loan Account Number is CTWVZMVP0000120.I had taken the loan in the month of March.I have been very consistent in paying all my installments (Rs 2795.00) on 7th of every month starting April.For two months (April &May) the company had deducted the installment on time .Later for two months i had kept the installment amount in my account till the month end.I used to get monthly alerts before 7th stating that Rs 2795 will be deducted from my account.This month on 9th apart from the current month installment ,last 2 month installment were also deducted from my account without any prior intimation or notice that is instead of rs 2795 ,Rs 8385 was deducted.I belong to a middle class family and iam the only earning member of my family and my mother who is not keeping well and was hospitalised till two days before.and now iam left with only Rs 2000 in my account.Today i called up the toll free number of the company which is 18004253221.And instead of solving the problem or giving any solution they kept on transferring from one person to another.Atlast i was given the Branch Manager's (Mr Ganesh Raj,Visakhapatnam Branch) number i.e 09849824246 and i was asked to contact in the evening.Today when i approached him, his approach towards me was very unprofessional and his answer was that we have not taken any advance money from your account.Its only the pending installments which have been deducted.When i said that i will approach the consumer court his reply was that please continue even we have advocates to fight against the same.He was not at all ready to listen to the grievance.Iam very disappointed to know the way finance companies work.Iam in lot of pain and the only way i could think of was to express my feeling to you. I would request you to look in to this matter and do the needful.Your quick action will be highly appreciated.Thanking you

Mahindra Two Wheeler service is Pathetic. THEY JUST KNOW HOW TO SELL ON FALSE PROMISES WITH NO SERVICE AT ALL. BEWARE OF MAHINDRA, DO NOT BUY THEM

I have a mahindra duro since jan last year. Each and every time I go to service my vehicle, the same problem of faulty fuel meter, left mirror etc. exists. They tell they rectified it but it is just to misguide me. My scooter is not working as there is some problem with the battery which again they corrected once after some resistence,

I have complained to customer care four times. Reference number is - K1010004. I have spoken to Vikas Patil there @ 02025283775 and Nagpur service manager Ravi Joshi almost thrice, but no action.

NOW, I WANT TO RETURN MY VEHICLE. WE ARE NOT USING IT FROM PAST ONE MONTH AS IT IS NOT WORKING AND WANT THE REFUND. PLEASE TAKE THIS UP ON URGENT BASIS.
