I had taken a car loan from CITI BANK bearing car loan no:A4A-455-8272789 in Jul 2003.I have not yet recieved the NOC copy, despite of several calls to the customer care service.And the customer care service is also very rude.I have paid the entire amount through ECS.The last payment I made was in Jun 2008.All the dues have been paid by me as per CITIBANK's statement.Now when I called the car loan department, Mr. Diwakar (022-66489789) is asking me to pay an amount of Rs.10,000 for providing me NOC

I had taken a car loan from CITI BANK bearing car loan no:A4k-055-6959410.I had talk to the representative of yours name Mr Suraj Singh.(011-45613480).There was some outstanding amount to be payable by us due to the bouncing of postdated cheques.I already have negotiated with him regarding our outstanding payment and he also agree us for the payment.He promise us to send the detail of payment through courier but still I donot recieve it so far.The matter is almost 1 month old.and when I tried to call on this no.mentioned above its always show busy.I think your representative is least bothered to solve our problem.I request you to please look into this matter and make adjustment so that we can get the approved statement as we urgently need the NOC.

Hi,
ask him to give a mail stating the reason for further payment or written instruction. Also check with your bank statement teat all payments cleared. Send mail to the higher officials about this if your side is clear. Also state that not solved , you will approach the court.
