Hi,

I have taken a loan from Fullerton India Credit Ltd as a sum of amount
of Rs. 50000. I have been told while taking the loan interest as 14%.
There are below descripencies after taking the loan amount:

1. The interest rate which is getting charged is 43.48%, which is much
higher than the intertest promised as 14% by the company.

2. The amount is given back to me while taking the intetrest is Rs.
44000. The remaining 6000 rupees is charged as the processing fees,
which was confirmed by Mr Satish as mentioned above.

3. The 1st installment at rate of 43.48% is charged within the two
days of the Loan payment.

4. I have paid almost 40000 rupees as the installment towards my loan.

5. I am not able to pay back my installments due to finiancial crisis
from last two months. I have confirmed this information to the Loan
company.

6. The Fullerton India Credit Ltd is keep on harrasing me sinces last
two months by sending punks to my office place. They are giving me
threats. I am getting mentaly torture because of those threats.

Please advice me what I should do I this regard. I have mentioned the
email ID CCed along this mai.
