I came across private finance "Financial Organisers" which they told they will give all types of loans for salaried and self employed, and their website is: financeorganisers, they asked to send for documents and we did. we had applied for home loan for 30 lakhs. we choosen this since we had few personal loans running in other nationalised banks and thus we wanted to close those personal loans and take a budget home within 25 lakhs and banks wont give us this option and they give only 80-85% of home value and we can't pay home loan emi along with personal loans emi.
Hence we thought of this will be a good option for us and we discussed regarding our situation with them clearly too and they approved 30 lakhs loan.
later they told us we have to pay first emi before loan money disbursement/release, and since we can't pay this as we didn't have money we requested for other options like: once they release money we can pay first emi immediately or they can deduct first emi amount and rest money to deposit in our account.
they told it can't be done since they have to pay court registration charges before releasing money and they can't pay for that from their pocket, we understood the situation and agreed to pay registration charges of 5600 Rs. as they mentioned. They given one guy shahsibhushan kumar account - icici bank rohini branch - account number is: 048801505336, to which we transferred money 5600 rs on friday dt: 18/11/2011.
they told same day they will transfer loan money to our account, but after we transferred they told they scheduled it for saturday - 19/11/2011, and wait for till 9.30 am till next day saturday.
we did wait and called them back at 10 am for asking why still we didnt get it?... then later we realised he didnt had our bank account number and ifsc code of our branch, and when we asked for which account he transferred he dont have our account number and ifsc code too, then how did he scheduled and how did he tranferred... again he asked us to wait till 1.30 pm and he is transferring for sure this time.
we got doubt that time only since account number will be mentioned on salary slip when we have provided documents, he didnt go through them or what?
later we sms'd our account details and he told by 1.30 pm saturday we will get money.... but we wait whole day too we didn't get single pie...
then from that time we are contacting them their all numbers are switched off on saturday noon onwards, and full sunday and monday its ringing but they are not receiving.... we sms'd, called, sent a mail but no use.... they are completely out of our reach... we sent him a warning message regarding we are going to complain about this... but still no reply... that is why I thought of posting this in consumer complaint at first step, if possible we will catch that person through police, and icici bank account number through, and various mobile numbers which they are using like uninor no: 9172435629, airtel number: 9004225288, idea number and vodafone number: : 08108065648 and 08879587561.

they told they are providing loan from gujarati marwadi people money...
i hope these cheating people are from north india, hopefully gujaraati people.
please be aware of these people and dont pay single paisa till u get loan money into your account and dont sign any documents like ecs documents, etc, and dont hand over any original documents like marks cards, offer letters, insurance documents, home legal documents etc...
these people are cheating and fraud completely.

they have website too but don't beleive that... they can keep changing their company name, website url, contact numbers, names etc.... but dont fall into any similar type as we did.

they take advantage of needy persons... they play with our weekness...they cheat people who already in need of money... then think how much bad they will be.

people who are in difficulty and in need of money only they will apply for loan and they are cheating suc people only.
eventhoug they change website url, contact numbers as they mentioned above here or whatever please dont fall... if any good people are in gujarat try to find these people and hand-over to police.
