Hi,

I submitted my home loan papers to FirstBlue finance on dated 20th Oct. 2011 .
I had submitted 2 different processing cheques of Rs. 7200/- each.
loan application (File no.MUM/032968).
As per procedure entire proces should take 15 days to disburse the amount, but bank had taken 3 months & later on at the day of sanction bank rejected the file.
Reason for decline the file not given by bank which has to tell customer .
There is communication gap with Executive & bank.
Executives are not well trained & giving wrong commitment to the customer.

It is very bad experience with this bank. Suggested not to go with thsi bank.
