I am holding a salary account in HDFC bank since September 2007. On December 2009 I had applied for a personal loan due to some urgent requirement.

When I applied the Personal Loan a guy called Nilesh from Drisha ( a franchiese of HDFC who takes care of Loan stuffs) and his number is: 9004034995 was also involved there in my loan processing. During the time he made a good friendship with me and requested me to give him some amount around Rs 50000. When I didn’t convinced he played with my emotions and conveyed me to give him Rs 40000. Later when I got loan amount I had given him the amount Rs 40000 by cash which he promished to return me back soon.

Later I came to know that I am now cheated because of my kindness and foolishness by this guy called Nilesh. Though I know I won’t get this money back but still I don’t want people like me get cheated because of such stupid guys. We don’t want our hard earned money to go to such people.

These short of cases also creates a bad image of HDFC in customer’s mind as I came know this guy only after applying for personal loan in HDFC. In my earlier days also I had taken personal loans from other banks but never encountered such cases. So next time I have some financial requirement I have to think many times before apply personal loan in HDFC.
Is there any way to blacklist these people by any mean to stop them again?
