This is to inform you that I Sudeep Shome of 584,M.B.Road, Blk.-B,Flat no.-07, 3rd.flr.,Kolkata-51, had faced a peculiar problem with GIC HOUSING FINANCE LTD. from where I had taken a housing loan at the year 2001of amount 2,00,000/- (Two Lacs) for twenty five years, but after giving them back an amount of 1,50,000/- (One Lac Fifty Thousand) with interest till date within two years, the manager called me up and said that the ORIGINAL DEED of the same flat of mine (which was mordgaged at their same company) for which the loan was taken was lost by their company, and also they denied to pay all cost borne by me for the same property registration.

I was puzzled and went to the State Bank Of India to transfer my loan to any of their branch, but the manager of SBI told me that untill and unless I produce my ORIGINAL DEED they cannot transfer the loan from GIC Housing Finance Ltd.to any of their branch and like this all other banks replied in the same way and nor I could sell my property to anyone because all the parties who want to buy the same property, want first to see or to know about the Original Deed and which is quite natural for them to do.

Now what to do ? The value of the same property is going to be zero. After knocking them again and again they do not responce instead they send few antisocials of local and outside and started threatening me. So then by making a G.D. I had stopped the EMIs of the rest due amount of Rupees Fifty Thousand only for the last 2 or 4 years and waiting for anyone to help me or advise me regarding the same problem.
