Fullerton Bank is not only cheating people but also playing all kinds of tricks. Its the sickest bank I have come across.
Fullerton Bank people approached me for a personal loan and made up a lot of stories. Even though Fullerton was the last option I would go to, I was forced to take up.
When I wanted to claim the insurance for LOJ, they said there was no such insurance from them. The worst part is I had to pay for the Insurance premium at the time of availing the loan.
During a period of 4 months there were 3 Fullerton guys who were managing my loan, quit the bank.
I however sent the claims directly to the insurance companies with all the required documents. I am even thinking of lodging a complaint against Fullerton at the local police station for harassment shortly.

As for as my experince with all the bank Personal Loan excutives(Barclyas,HDFC,Standard Charted),they will not take any responsibilty after collecting related documents from the customer,they will behave like completely rude,worest culture they follow,I dont know why they will collect docs if they are not in position to process and that they will call continuosly till collecting the docs.

ur mr. MAHESH SONKAR ralationship officer- Alternate channel,CRMM business has given me wrong commitment when time of tyeup with my co.
MAHESH SONKAR was commited 3% payout on disbersal ammount with tds but now today he is giving me 2% this wrong i neen my full payout.

My advice to anybody seeking information on Fullerton Bank. Never ever approach this bank. With an absolute zero credibility, one should never think of this bank.
I have been a victim of this bank. By the time one personal from the bank says and gives you false promises, you will find out he is no more with the bank. The then present personal will give you a new update.
People claiming they are from the bank come and collect the EMI, give you fake receipts and quits the bank. After several months, you get a letter stating you have an overdue.
These people think they can get away playing the fool with customers. I suggest people to complain to police if they are approached.
NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS FAKE BANK !

i had taken a loan abt 19 months back and did the foreclosuer for the same insipte of foreclosuer i keep getting calls from the collection department for the EMI to be paid this is the most disgusing thing i have come across its been two month i have done the closuer and m still getting calls and the exective is so damn rude who does not know how to talk to his client i mentioned the person who called me in oct for the payment to check my details with the branch but still i get a call this month for the same.
my details for the clouser is with their customer service department i wonder why its not with the collection team i will be filing a FIR against fullerton for harrsing me for two months.
