Fullerton charging 45% Interest on Personal Loan

Hi,

I am having a PL from Fullerton for Rs 50000 and I already paid 18 installments of Rs 2535. Now when I want to close this loan and went to fullerton office they are asking to pay Rs 35000 and chargin rate of interest 45%.

Please help me to resolve this problem.
