Hi,

For the last 3 days (since 17th Oct 2011) to contact to the loan foreclosure department but I could not. The only way to foreclose a loan is through customer care executives over phone and city branch office can't do anything about this(unbelievable!).

Whenever I call them (on 1800-103-6001) and ask them about the foreclosure, they forward my call to the foreclosure department and then no one take the call.

I have the money to pay them back and I can't afford pay the interest anymore. Please help me.
