Dear Sir/Madam

I have taken a Personal loan from Fullerton India Credit Company, and my loan a/c no.036125000054470.

Also they suggested to take an Loan Insurance Cover for the Loan amount of Rs.275,000 and deducted the premium for same on spot during the disbursement of loan.

Now from last two months they are only insisting on payment of the EMI against the loan and are not giving the Insurance policy for which I already have paid them.

If anything happens to me during this period the Fullerton India Credit Company will forcefully ask my family to pay the loan amount as I do not have any policy proof with me.

So I request you to help me out since in this month I have stopped the EMI and the Credit company employees are threatening me by calling several times.

I had been trying to contact ur office last one month and ther is a pathetic response from all the customer service team.
Everytime some new contact numbers are given and i am asked to call on the same but FYI all these numbers are invalid or no such person and for my surprise i get to know that there is no landline or a concerned person to deal with my query.

I have completed my loan in the month of Nov'2010 and still running from post to pillar to get my NOC.
