I have taken a personal loan from Fullertone India, MG Road branch, Indore (MP). My loan was foreclosed on 16 Dec 11 in the branch ( Code 0127). Details

Though the foreclosing done on 16 Dec 11, inspite of repeated calls to Indore office (Ms Neha, mr Aniket on 16/1, 19/1,23/1 i am getting the reply that the loan has not been closed and pending with the HO. meanwhile I sent so many mails to namaste@fullertoneindia.com for the speciaL attention of Mr VINIT PATNI, no reply has been received so far. I am yet to receive back be NOC and the documents deposited at the time of taking loan, even after 38 days, as I am told by the executives at Indore office tht the foreclosing not yet done so far. I am a pensioner from Army and this type of response from Fullertone India causing me mental agony and anxiety.
reminders on 02,03 Jan 12 for next due is on 05 Jan.

it is not understood why this reminders coming when I have closed my loan
on 16 Dec 11.

I am yet 2 receive my NOC and deposited documents (blank cheque leaves)
after closure of the loan. NO intimation has been received so far..
