Hello,
I bought one car Regn No. DL3CAD4350 in June 2005. I got this car financed with GE CountryWide bank. The account number for the loan account is MDMM00044799.
Now after completion of loan when I called bank for NOC they are asking Rs 885 for some bounce charge in 2007. It was never told to me that any of my cheque has been bounced in 5 year term of loan. My account was never lack of money for this EMI. Suddenly after 4 years when I paid my all loan installments and asking for NOC. Bank is asking for Rs 885 to release my NOC.
This is really unfair and exploitation on the behalf of bank. Please suggest me what to do.

I all already paid made the payment of the loan amount despite my request you branch office at delhi not giving the NOC of the same .kindly see the matter and take appropriate action and direct the concern office to issue NOC.

i took one year loan from Ge-country wide in the 2006 for my pulsar motorcycle and i paid all installments but
my one and last installment was bounced and person from the bank came and asked me to pay 300/-what i paid for bounced cheque and installment,,now after almost four years with out any followups at the time of getting NOC they are extorting money-saying actual penalty for bounced cheque was 500/- but you have given only 300/- hence you have to give 800/- its beyond my comprehension-
