Hello, I am here writing this after getting daily harsh and embarse by RBS recovery people (Gurgoan Branch - New Delhi). Due to some reasons I took loan of 1.5 lacs rupees in 2008, and as per my knowledge once I don't had money that's why I skip one installment but till date all my installement been paid. If it got delay I pay late payment charges too. But still I am daily recieving telephone call from RBS bank recovery executive (Delhi Branch) many time I felt that they not update my status what to the first person. And daily getting harsh. If I had sufficient money definitely I will paid the whole amount but its my bad luck that I don't had that much money. Kindly give me right advise what to do in this matter. Because if I not took that telephone call then they will to my residence landline number and me and my whole family feeling embarssed. Please give me suitable advise and if there is any legal procedure to take any legal actions against those people than kindly let me know.
