    Default GIC Home Loan- unetghical practices

    Hi,


    i am Prashant Parashar and i applied for Home Loan in GIC Housing Finanace. i just got only sanctioned letter for Home loan but no amount has been disburssed to me. i mean no payment was done by GIC to me to purchase property. i just conveyed my message to GIC that i now do not taking this property as Registry in Fardibabd has been stopped so kindly do not disburse my Loan and cancel my processing request. my this request was only to cancelling sanctioned done for me. GIC have already deducted my one EMI of Rs. 11047 which should be refunded to me. even they are asking more money to me to return my documents.

    for sanctioning LOan i ave already paid sanction amount.

    but now they are doing wrong practices to force me to submit more money without reimbursing any loan amount. i request you to pls do some needful to return my documents and my one EMI charges which they have deducted.

    Angry HDFC personal loan

    Hi,
    I am Deepa Hitange, I had taken a personal loan from Centurion Bank which was taken over by HDFC bank later it was a loan for 50,000 which got pre closed on 10th December 2008 however there was a cheque that was presented after the closure of my personal loan this was a mere negligence of the team handling the closure cases as they just filed a case against me for no reason inspite of the loan being closed they sent a warrant against me and police on 30th December without sending any recovery agent from the bank or any representative of the HDFC this has highly caused a disturbance ,distress to my family in the society as the police had ill treated my family in my absence this happened only because the Bank did not update the files properly, I want to sue this Bank and need a proper justification for this they should sack the employees who work without any knowledge and cause mental harm to the customers, I had been HDFC customer for many years as I had 2 personal loans which were repaid fully in the year 2008 , I have a credit card , a savings account with them , they give pathetic service to there customers.

    I wish to sue HDFC Bank and lodge a legal written complaint as because of them me and my family had to visit the police station and the court of law.
