I have taken a car loan through GMAC Financial services 3 yrs backfrom ernakulam,kochi.I have paid it regularly all these yrs with out even a cheque bounce.Now i want to pre close the loan.So when i contacted the correspondent person (Now a collect agency is taking the phone No -0484 4029119,9847928225)they are showing a long delay.It took 2 weeks for them to confirm the amount i have to pay.The principal outstansing is Rs 1,17,000 amd the total amt including 5 % pre closure charges comes to Rs1,23,000,But he amount they say is Rs 1,53,000 which is about 30,000 more.They are not giving any explanation regarding the charges levied.Its being 1 month since i have been calling them regarding this.
Still they havent given me a correct amount to pay or correct break up.I havent made any EMI pending or EMI bounce.So there is no need of any charges.If so also they should give me explanation.
I really don't trust them to make the payment.1,23,000 is a big amt or me.They say it will take 20 days and more to recieve NOC.i really doubt there words since there is no written letter or anything.
