Hi,
I have taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Bank. Loan Type is ECS which means every 4th day of the month a certain amount will be get deducted from my salary Account (Axis Bank)
But AXIS Bank is not allowing HDFC to deduct the amount as the particular AXIS branch(Kerala,Trivandrum) has not yet received the ECS mandate. HDFC on the other hand is reluctant to send the ECS mandate to AXIS bank branch in TVM. Now both the banks expect me to solve the matter.
