I have taken a Car-Loan from Reliance Capital and have paid the amount back to Reliance Capital. However, I still keep getting reminders for Paying 6000 as over dues when infact the entire amount has been paid back. They dont provide me with Loan-Closure papers and wants me to pay 6000 for closing the loan account. Reliance Capital is blackmailing me. Its like paying bribe to get my own account closed. This is pathetic.
