Respected Sir / Madam,

I am Hari Prasad M K and i had taken a personal loan from HSBC in the year 2008.From last 8 months i was not able to pay the EMI due to financial and some other problems.I had personally gone to the HSBC bank Basavangudi Branch and had spoken to Mr Arun Regarding this.In the month of may 2010 i got a mail from HSBC that my loan has been called off and they asked me to settle it for which i had agreed and told them by june or july end i will close the loan.Mr Appana( cell number : +91 9880108838) called me up and he had agreed for this.On Friday the 18th June 2010 one guy called Deepak(cell number +91 99001 14567) called me up and as soon as i recived the call he started abusing me using the words which cannot type in here.And he even threatned that my life will be in danger if i dont close the loan in 2 days.After this which he called up to my native place from the number 080 66432136 and abused them and thereatened them too.This is irrespective of me informing and talking to them.I am extremely hurt and insulted and i dont know how a bank like HSBC can have employee like Deepak and can threaten customers with dire consequences.Please look forward in to this matter.you can contact me on hariprasadmk@gmail.com for account details and any proofs you require.
