This is my humble request to you to kindly help me out from the harrasement experienced by me for delaying the personal loan emi for the month of June 2010. I had taken a personal loan amount of 1.5 Lacs from Kotaka Mahindra on October 2007 & will be closed on 10th October 2010. As of now I've paid them the EMI's till May10. Only 5 months EMI is pending & due to job change in May-June 2010 I'm not able to pay them June10 amount. I've requestd them to wait till my June 10 salary & I'll be able to pay them June as well as July 10 payment.

But after requesting them for so many times they are still harrasing me to pay them at any cost & harrasing my family members also as they are not involve in this at all. Ms. Sonia (9969116570) is calling me & threatened me to snd their person for recovery. This is my kind request to you to pls intervne in this as I'm not able to concentrate in my duties assigned in my newly joined job.

As per RBI guidlines no one can harras you just raise a police complain.... if their are threating you. its legal to complain about the incedient.
