Hi,
Every day I am getting a call from HDFC BANK recovery agent name HARI OM from 011-46768900 or making the payment of my personal loan.

I have been a valued customer for HDFC bank earlier but now a days, I am not employed anywhere and I don’t have money to pay them and I told him that I’ll make the payment asap I’ll start earning again but that chap was speaking like he is speaking to some road side guy.

I also have bought the insurance while taking the personal loan against my loan but when I said my loan was also secured by insurance then insurance is for if I’ll be dead.

I lost my job as my wife put false allegation on me and I am already running more than 7-8 legal cases.
I would like to assured you if this is how you are going to be with your customer than I don’t mind taking this case to consumer forum.

I don’t mind paying you the balance amount but as this moment if you will ask for the money I cannot.
