my father BISWANATH SAHA has taken a hause mortgage loan rs 3.5 lacs from icici home finance company ltd on 2004.
that time our emi was rs. 3246pm.we cotinued emi upto 2010 february.we have paid approximate rs. 256000 but principal were deducted only 50000 and rest was interest and also 180 month tenure has became 521month emi and instalment became 3721 at last. we stopped our emi payment.now icici bank claiming rs.433000 for saving our asset.they teling us either to pay the amount or to sellout the property by demanding auction basis.
we help less what to do/.the calling us in different ways and also threaten us to came home.
please help me.and suggest me what to do.my fathers business has closed and lost huge amount in business market.
