Dear Sir,

I had applied for Home Loan at MCHI property exhibition 2010 through HDFC Bank. The person incharge was Mr. Rahul Singh - Sales Team Manager and Mr. Mehtab Lashkar.

After scrutinising my documents, Mr. Sigh gave me spot sanction letter.

After varification at my home and office, my loan was rejected because I am not having co-applicant which was not informed me at the time of giving spot sanction. As per my knowledge the co-applicant is always asked at the time of accepting the documents for applicant and the same is filled in application form.

Secondly as informed by Mr. Mehtab Lasker, the processing charges will be debitted from our account after sactioning of loan but even though my file is rejected, the amount has been debitted from my account on 15th May and till today it has not been refunded.

While rejecting loan the bank is talking about "NORMS" but when they debitted processing fees, they forgot about "NORMS".

I am regularly following up with them for payment but there is no action from HDFC Sales ( HOME LOAN Div)
