Hello ,
Refer to my loan A/C # 1558254, I want to pay balance 56,000/- to bank.
Your collection team ( Manjeet Dahiya ( ACM as said to me), ITO Office, New Delhi has sent Mr. Vinod ( who has not shown his Id Card even after my demand during his first visit)with payment plan and settlement letter. When I demanded original letter of payment schedule, they said that letter will be handed over to me only if I will make payment to only Mr. Vinod.
I want to make payment directly to Bank ( your retail asset centre or any branch ) but they are harrassing me and saying repeatdly that payment has to made to Mr. Vinod only.
Also, letter xerox copy which he provided me after much request from my side doesn't contain name of authorised signatory, employee code, designation which should be there as told by your officials at Deer Park, New Delhi ( Retail Asset Centre).
They both are harassing me and calling me again & again for payment only to Vinod.
Also, About mode of payment, Vinod told me that payment should be made to him only and in cash. When I enquired, your officials told me that payment can be made by chq/draft also.
Also, he earlier said that payment can be made to him only but now your officials said that payment can be made at branch also.
They both are misleading me in above mentioned way. Manjeet Dahiya is threatening me that If I will not start making payment to them, he will not issue original letter to me.
Also, when I enquired Vinod after my visit to Deer Park office, he said that " I am saying you that it is Manjeet Dahiya's signature, so there is no need for any correction in the letter.".
Please get the letter issued at the earliest so that I can start with my payment and close the A/C.
