    Default HDFC Car loan

    I would like to just inform you the misdeed of HDFC on a car loan I applied, Though the loan was approved but I never took the loan, Infact I asked their representative to cancel the loan as I joined a firm in Dubai. The rep said everything has been done and the I specificaly asked him whether any fine has to be paid. He said no to it and I left India. after three months or so, my mom recieve a call from HDFC saying that I have not paid the loan, add to it they started using abusive language. She clearly told them thatthat there was no loan at all. The tele call went on for few days. Then I intervened and called the HDFC office and informed them regarding the cancellation of the loan, they said the amt had already been disbursed ( The real fact is that the amount was never released) and there was no information on the cancellation. After which I sent a mail regarding the matter. Only then the matter was settled even then we had to pay a cancellation fee of 1000.

    I really dont know whats the wrong with these executives who try to sell loan at any cost and then dont pick up our phone at any cost.
