Hi,

I had applied for HDFC car loans and with it had also submitted one cheque of 15000 rupees. Due to some reasons, my loan application was rejected. Now after the loan was rejected, these frauds had en-cashed the cheque. Now instead of claiming their folly, they are trying to circumscribe the problem. This week, I am going to file a case in consumer forum.
