Dear Sir,

I have taken housing loan from HDFC Bank limited vaishali branch. My housing loan number is 589072442. HDFC is charging me with 13.75 % rate of interest from the date of disbursement and i had complained about this 5 months back and till now no action is taken by the bank. I am fed up with the non responsiveness of the HDFC Bank and their unethical behaviour and culture. I want to close this account with immediate effect and i had approached the bank twice for this purpose, even now the bank is not rectifying the error in the system and i could not close the account due to this. The manager in the bank is highly irresponsible and do not take required actions to sort out this issue. I cried a lot at bank to sort out my issue but i am helpless.

If i have to close my account i have to pay 13.75% interest and close the account. I really made a big mistake taking housing loan from HDFC. Kindly help me.
