HDFC bank is a cheater. Most of the time they always tell lies and do some mathematical manipulation to ditch you and your heard earned money. The Auto loan I have pricessed just by trusting on the Agent whom they have send in my office . The actual cost of the car on road is 273,466.34 ( Price of the vehicle - discount + VAT)(254219.87 - 1777.78 - 9360.9+ 30385.15 )

Now the road tax & hypothitication charge is - 20915.00 + 500.

Including everything the price comes to 294,384.34/- Now the first instalment is also paid by me that is showing six thousand five hundred and twenty one only.6521/-

So even if I have financed my car 100% I would have taken a loan of 2,87,863/- Whereas HDFC is showing I have taken a loan of 301,000/-. How is this possible ?
Till date I have made my instalment payment regularly. 7-July-2010 the last instalment debited out of my account. I am going to make stop payment from August onwards untill and unless they resolve the issue.
I am not going to pay a single penny neither my CAR let see what HDFC can do......

Apart from this there are several instances they have cheated with me but this time I am not going to leave them as I will be moving to necessay forum and court untill and unless they do the settlement.
