Hi all,
I had applied for Pre-approved HDFC home loan in which i mentioned the area as Akot, Dist Akola. and My loan got sanctioned.
Now the HDFC, Akola branch says that they won't allow home loan on any property in Akot. And now i have to cancel my loan. I am trying to get my full processing back.
My question is whether i should file a case if they didn't give my full processing fee back?
