sub- refund of processing fee.

i inform you that I'm abhay kumar singh and i m head constable of uttar pradesh police in LUCKNOW.

I submit application form with processing fee Rs. 4522.00 for home loan of 8.20 lac to HDFC LTD, LUCKNOW on 26 dec, 2011. I said to Home loan agent Mr. achindra raj srivastava to deposit some important document like NOC from LUCKNOW DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, LUCKNOW in next some days as availability. Agent told me that without NOC HDFC Ltd can not sanction that loan.
Home loan agent Mr. Achindra Raj Srivastava & officer of HDFC LTD. Mr. Sandeep R. also told me that "in case of no disburse of the loan, the processing fee will refund by HDFC LTD to me.
due to some problem LDA, LUCKNOW not issued to me the NOC, so that i could not deposit it to bank.
after there i arrange the money and now i have not requirement of such any loan.

on 05 Jan 12, i got email from HDFC, ltd File No: 603309205/NIKHL, Service Center: LUCKNOW ,Place Of Service: ASHOK MARG
Offer Date: 05-JAN-2012 about the loan sanction letter.

then on 6 Jan 2012 i give application to bank by AGENT Mr. srivasatava about not requirement of such loan and refund the processing fee money Rs. 4522.00 to my SBI A/C. Mr. srivasatava told me that within 03-04 days the processing fee money will deposit in my SBI A/C.
after 07 days and many times i talk to Mr. achindra raj srivastava about that. they told me bank will refund the money in my A/C shortly. but till now i not found my money.
So please take action to refund my money from HDFC LTD.
