HDFC Ltd. is illegaly charging higher home loan interest rate on home loan procured by me five years back.
When I asked them to provide the copy of agreement and details on loan to transfer the loan they are not providing any documents as well.
I am always paying EMI on time. I want to transfer my loan to some other bank but HDFC LTD is not providing me needful documents as well.
Even I was promissed a 3% discount in floating rates as my company was a corporate client of HDFC LTD, and today when I compare the rate of interest charged to me is very high and I am cheated by HDFC LTD.

Please help me out of this issue as I am highly worried even after paying loans for 5 years my outstaind is still for more then 19 years and out of 11 lacs I am still to pay more then 10.25 principle.

More on HDFC is not allowing me to transfer the loan by mode of not giving needful documents and even they are asking for 2.5% extra charges for preclosure of loan which was never discussed with me earlier.
Even they are not sharing the loan agreemnt copy with me so as to know the rules of the company.
