My Name is Mr. Sushil.

This is in refrence to the mental torcher my wife is facing because of daily non tolerable behaviour by the people representing HDFC bank Loan department with her, her mother, younger brother and sister. (ABUSING THEM BY VISTING HER HOUSE)

Loan account no. - 14193047
Firstly we are facing serious financial problem as she has to stope working suddenly from long time as an year due to unavoidable reasons. recently in nov she statrted with 1 company but due to same medical issues she again has to leave.
Futher HDFC REP. from loan dept. are calling her n approching her house and misbehaving on calls even though she is not medicaly ok to respond.

If u will check her payment histroy she has been regular on her payments.

she missed 3 payments in between ..but still made her efforts to continue pay the further monthy pyment undersating as her responslibility.
Infact due to her payment credibility this loan was the TOP UP- issued by the bank .

Now due to her medical condition she is not in the position ahead with the burden and resulting her in the more diprassion.

I am trying to tk care of the same. but financila condition is not allowing me to do the needful as demanded by the bank.
Out of total 36 instalments she has paid 21 ..left with 15 insatlmets..

PLease Plesae help me to resolve. Canot pay the total outstaing at any cost ..my financila ciondition already not good n serving her on medical expenses also..u undersatnd is important.

I undersatnd we r liable to pay n is our responsibility bt this unfortnate time has killed us..
now we r at very helpless status.. as i hv to manage her finanace issue. AS SHE IS UNDERGOING WITH DEEP DIPRASSION.
