    Default HDFC two wheeler loan

    Hello,

    This complaint is regarding HDFC's hafly trainned customer support executive at desk, I have paid my two wheeler loan on dated: 27/11/2010. They have told that your loan account is now closed and we will send you NOC letter in 10 days.. But, here they have not informed me about my POD cheques with them.. After closing they have deposited my POD cheque of Rs.1992 on 5/12/2010 and my account was debited by same on 6/12/2010. Now, again we have to follow them for this refund due to their halfy trainned staff..

    And I have seen that if customer was late by just one day they are charging penlty of Rs.450-500. So, I want this kind of reimbersment from HDFC for wasting my valuable time..

    So, who is responsible for this kind of hassel to me?

    Angry Bad response from the CSE

    Hello,

    The HDFC bank 2 wheeler loan customer service executives are pathetic.

    I have applied for 2 wheeler loans and from HDFC bank being an excisting customer bank given me the approval without any issues giving me a good finance scheme. But after 2 week also my loan process is still going on cause of CSE communication gap they dont share the required information properly, from the day 1 I am following the HDFC customer executive guy from the loan department he doesn’t even have curtsey to call me back and give me the status .
    For document collection also I have call the executive to meet me and collect the document

    It seems that HDFC bank having lot many of customers in Queue so they are not taking much burden for new customers
