Hello,
This complaint is regarding HDFC's hafly trainned customer support executive at desk, I have paid my two wheeler loan on dated: 27/11/2010. They have told that your loan account is now closed and we will send you NOC letter in 10 days.. But, here they have not informed me about my POD cheques with them.. After closing they have deposited my POD cheque of Rs.1992 on 5/12/2010 and my account was debited by same on 6/12/2010. Now, again we have to follow them for this refund due to their halfy trainned staff..
And I have seen that if customer was late by just one day they are charging penlty of Rs.450-500. So, I want this kind of reimbersment from HDFC for wasting my valuable time..
So, who is responsible for this kind of hassel to me?
